The group will for the life of the original purchaser repair or replace and return to the original purchaser any such product which is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be without cost to the original purchaser with the exception of return postage or freight. This commitment is limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. will have no other obligation nor be liable for incidental or consequential damages by abuse, neglect or commercial or rental use of this product, accident or normal wear and tear. If determines in its sole discretion that the product damage is caused by any of the foregoing factors then the original purchaser assumes the expense of any and all repairs or replacement.

Should the purchaser have any doubt about the extent of this warranty, purchaser should request a complete estimate of the cost of repair or replacement at the time the product is returned. No work will be undertaken without the prior consent of the purchaser. Should the original purchaser desire to obtain repair service whether such service is covered under this warranty or not, purchaser should send the product postage or freight prepaid. In the event that determines that the original purchaser is covered under this warranty, it will make the required repairs or replacement and forward the product to the purchaser without charge.

In the event that determines that the original purchaser is not covered under this warranty, it will return the repaired item and bill the purchasers credit card for the cost of repairs, shipping and handling and sales tax if applicable.

If you order it you can't really see it or feel it, so you don't really know. After it's delivered, you discover you actually needed a seven weight. Or, you thought you wanted a seven foot medium action spinning rod. Again, you can't shake it and cast it. After it arrives you discover that what you really needed was a six foot six meduim light. Up until now, you either didn't buy or bought taking a chance and later having a bunch of rods that you didn't really need. The expenses pile up.

With the trade-in policy, try the rod of your choice for 30 days. If after that time you feel it's not quite the right one, trade it in** for the one you're really after. We really understand how difficult it is to make a purchase sight unseen. And we want you to have the equipment that best suits your fishing application.

With the trade-up policy, we make it possible for you to enjoy the flexibility of moving up the quality ladder. Suppose you are new to the sport of flyfishing. You want to get started, but don't want to spend a bundle to just get into the game. Purchase any rod in the or series. Keep the rod for 120 days. If you decide you would like to move up to the next quality level, trade it up.**

**The following specific terms and conditions apply to our exclusive Trade-In / Trade-Up policy.

1. It is understood that all equipment submitted for trade is submitted by the original purchaser. We cannot allow trades by owners of resold items.

2. It is understood that items submitted for trade are going to be exchanges for items of greater or lesser value. In the event that the exchange is for an item of greater value, the purchaser will be credited with the amount of his/her original purchase less a pro-rated amount for wear and tear and his/her credit card will be debited for the balance. In the event that the exchange is for an item of lesser value, a refund less a pro-rated amount will be issued.

Pro-rating of traded items will be determined as follows

• 100% - New unused condition. Not soiled, scratched or marred in any way.
• 75% - Used but restorable condition. Stained cork. No appreciable scratches or dull finish.
• 50% - Dirty cork. Visible scratchinng or nicks on reel seat, cork and/or blank. Bent guides.
• 0% - Obvious mistreatment. Multiple scratches, nicks and gouges. Bent or broken parts.

3. All items submitted for trade must be sent freight prepaid in the original container.

4. In all cases of trades, will determine the condition of the items being traded and inform the purchaser of the balance/credit due. We will ask for verification via e-mail that the balance/credit determination is acceptable before we ship traded for items. If the balance/credit terms are refused we will return traded items and bill accordingly.

5. All items submitted for trade within 30 days for trade-ins and 120 days for trade-ups.
